The route starts on a track to the right of the tarmacked road, towards Cabo de São Vicente (Cape Saint Vincent). When you reach the junction, turn left and then left again at the next junction, towards the road to Cabo de São Vicente.

Walk slowly to the right, keeping as close to the edge of the road as possible, and take a look at the plant life.

Now turn down the path you’ll see to the left, on the other side of the road. You’ll have around 50 m to spot the next plants!

You should now cross the road so that you can turn down the dirt track to the left. Walk a bit farther on, starting off towards the cliff then veer off to the left.

Walk straight on, keeping the sea to your right as you admire the scenery. The path here is rocky and may be treacherous, so be very careful.

Meanwhile, walk around the cliff on the right, and you’ll see a path ahead. Go down the path. Keep going straight until you reach a junction with two paths. Take the one on the left and head towards the road, back to this route’s starting point.
